While such a feeling is clearly subjective, there is some inherent truth, given *any* other available work for the CPU; not necessarily the work for which concerns are expressed. If their concern is not limited to when the CPU utilization is maxed... Maybe some fun\light reading for the client would be worthwhile :-)
