You can't use TCP/IP directly to run the command. On older versions of
the OS you could configure ANYNET. On current versions of the OS you
could configure "Enterprise Extenders". These extend SNA over TCP. We
decided to not bother with Enterprise Extenders. Instead we dropped all
SNA. There are a few people who have scripted FTP to emulate the SAVRST*
family of commands available with option 22 of the OS.
