Print file attributes, not spooled file attributes.

One tip: Search the infocenter for "API FINDER". You can find APIs grouped
by function.

I have the TAA tools which have a RTVPRTFA command. I tried retrieving
source for that CL program to see what API it uses and the source is notno
available. Then I noticed in the documentation for the RTVPRTFA command
that it uses an outfile to retrieve the information, so maybe there is
API . . .list
