Rob,

I can think of one: If someone is running in the 36EE and doesn't want
to use up all available 2 character workstation ID's. Yup, the 36EE is
still alive and kicking! :-\

Valid values are zero through nine. (At least on the current version of
the OS.) zero=unlimited and the others are self explanatory. But
basically, why would one ever use values 2-9? To say "SALLY has 7
sessions open, that has to be affecting performance! Let's limit her to 5
sessions."? It's not like we're using twinax and want someone to have 2
sessions but more than that ties up too much wiring.
