Thanks Birgitta - we were on 6.1 since December 2010 and never had a
problem like this which leads me to conclude that the issue was triggered
by the V7 upgrade.

Eric - we thought of that too and found that qaqqini only exists in qsys
(but that's not to say there might have been one in qusrsys which was
removed during the upgrade to V7 process, I'd have to check a backup tape -
but I tend to doubt that theory).
