Actually Mark, I'm not 100% sure if it stays on the job queue until the
assigned time. If the status of the job is JOBQ then Gary is right.
Sounds like a simple test. submit a job with a time 20 minutes out and
see if it has a status of JOBQ.

I can just imagine someone getting frustrated "<expletive deleted> it, I
keep releasing the job, the job queue and upping the maximum number of
jobs in the subsystem. why isn't this <expletive deleted> running?"
