Remember, the i5 originates the email, but Exchange is sending it.



I was under the impression that the IBM i SNDDST command was NOT able to "relay" through an external SMTP server such as Exchange, so I kind of doubt that Exchange ever "touched" the outgoing mail.

But that doesn't matter. Message-media's reply service evidently replies to the "sender" email address which might refer back to ANY email account on ANY email server, ANYWHERE in the world ;-)
