How Synon, or 2E as it is known now, hamstringing them?

From my perspective, they'd be sitting pretty. 2E has had a web option for
quite a number of years. Not to mention true ILE support for generating
service programs...

So it's pretty easy for a 2E shop to put a nice GUI front end in place...

And then there's Synon. One of my clients is hamstrung because a bunch of
their business critical code is written with Synon.

Any guesses where the remaining Synon talent sits these days?
