Hmm...that seems telling to me...

Can you do a DSPFD on SYSIBM.SYSDUMMY1 and see if by chance it got
replaced\recreated as part of the PTFs?

IIRC, if you delete a table, the system gives you an option to delete
dependents...

So I could see you're views being deleted if SYSDUMMY1 got recreated...

Have you past the info about SYSDUMMY1 back to IBM via your PMR? If not
I'd strongly suggest doing so.
