When I had this happen I had to work with IBM support to make the changes through the control panel.

Subject: Reconfiguring Ops Console
I had an Ops Console running over our LAN and we recently changed our IP scheme in the office to allow us to get aligned with our corporate network.
I have tried to change the Ops Console to the new IP address but I've been unsuccessful. I also tried to go direct.
I keep getting a message about the console device being inuse.
What can I do on the PC and on the 515 to make them "forget" the old Ops Console configuration and start over?
Thanks, Scott
