How do they define "Agile"? As Paul Raulerson said, it's a programming
methodology, not a technique.
I would define Agile loosely as being a programming methodology that
lets a team deliver fully tested code ("Done Done Done") in very short
development cycles, allowing "stakeholders" to approve or reject the
direction in which the development is going. To say that's only possible
with OO is nonsense.
