I can usually get access to a web site to which I can demonstrate a
business need, but getting them to open up YouTube so I can watch an IBM
video stands about as much chance as a turkey living through this week!
I don't have a PDA. Or a mobile phone. Never could justify the expense.

Take that as an effort by IBM to convince your management that YouTube
does actually have some useful information on it.
We use WebSense to block what our censors deem is inappropriate
material.
If I show a business need for a website an exclusion is often made for
me.
Like YouTube. You can always ask.
Does your company also have a guest wireless account? We have that for
customers and vendors visiting on site and need to use their PDAs. Can
you latch onto that with your PDA?
