Guest accounts have always been available....

The impact to permissions is simple, the in your netserver setup you have
to tell the system what OS account to use for "guests"...

So the users who don't have a matching IBM i user name and password will
only be able to access what you've allow the guest account to access.  (And
remember all OS accounts are included in *PUBLIC)
