This was working until recently. When I start CA 5250, I get the signon pop-up, login. Status msg says "resolving xxx", then "connected to xxx" then disconnects.
This generates a log TCP2617 - reason code 2 - TCP connection closed due to R2 retry threshold being run.
I have found & tried references to the KeepAlive in both the 5250xx.WS config & windows registry.
I can connect via the HMC or if connected direct to the network. System i Navigator & WDSc {ver 7} both work.
I am on V6R1M1, win XP {upgrading soon} & using CA ver 6.0.
Any ideas what to check?
