Yes, normally you don't use the SAVLIBBRM commands. You should be using
STRBKUBRM. That will use a 'control group'. And that control group will
have a policy set with it that will contain things like expiration date,
move policy, etc. With the move policy handling things like putting
things on the PRTMOVBRM so if one of your locations is, say, IRONMTN, it
will then be flagged on that report to be moved to Iron Mountain. And the
expired tapes will be on the report to be recalled from Iron Mountain. I
don't mess with putting a date to ship back on Iron Mountain's website. I
use this BRMS report to know which ones to order back.
