Our JOBWATCH software will allow you to set up a monitor for a minimum
number of jobs running using a wildcard for the job name.

For example, if you want to make sure FTP is running, you could check to
make sure at least 2 QTFTP* jobs are running.

Most of our customers that use it use it to monitor for MSGW, but some use
it for this reason (ie, monitor to make sure that the HTTP jobs are up and
running).
