OVRPRTF, maybe? Adding the sheet size to the OVRPRTF for a PDF conversion
helped when I was having trouble with the conversions ignoring the sheet
size in the print file, and produced PDFs sized for 132-column fanfold.

At any rate, I'm more than a little curious what kind of IPDS printer
would actually care about the form length. Aren't they all sheet-fed anyway?
