You could try exporting it to /tmp with a .cer extension and then using FTP
to download it to your PC.

Otherwise, the openSSL option will probably be your best route.

How did you transfer it from the IFS to your PC after exporting it? Maybe
windows doesn't recognize it because of a error copying it from the IFS to
your PC. I've seen that before especially when ops nav is used.

Do you have a copy of the certificate somewhere, like in an email where
you would have received it from the Certificate Authority?
