Yeah, I don't think that's the link I'm recalling...

IIRC, it was within the last year or so...and it was an actual
recommendation.

Was a bit of a shock :)

Maybe I'll shoot Kent an email, as I suspect it was something he wrote or
knows about anyway.

​That's a great white paper, but it hasn't been updated since 2011..

It appears IBM has move the information into Infocenter and kept it
updated..
