Do this two ways.

1) Using PowerHA. It's basically built into the product. You set it up 
and then to do the flashcopy STRSVCSSN and *POOF* flash copy!

2) Completely home grown. You simply SSH over to the SVC and start the 
copy then SSH over to the HMC and start up the partition. All automated 
with scripts. Effectively do it manually, record the steps needed and 
then script them.
