In the case where the trigger program is a CL or RPG program, no
separate object is required for the trigger definition. It is simply a
table row entry. However, an SQL trigger can be a native compound SQL
statement similar to a stored procedure. As such, the native SQL code is
"compiled" into a separate (C) program object and, hence, needs a library
in which to store said object. But, a qualified library name was not used
because an SQL trigger name is a variable-length string that can be so
long that a separate parameter was chosen, instead.
