Interactive jobs on pretty much every emulator:
IBM i Access for Windows
IBM i ACS 1.5 and 1.6
tn5250 (the open source version)
Mochasoft (they're remote so I don't have the version to hand)

IBM stated network issue is the main cause for a CPF5140.

I'd say that's a fair statement, although a big factor here is people
going home at the end of the day clicking the X (close) instead of
signing off.
