That brings up another question, when it spawns the job, it there enough activity levels for the job queues being used? It is getting stuck on a queue somewhere?

It appears to fail well before it even spawns sftp.
But now, for the last 20 minutes at least. It's happily run every single
time. Interactive and batch. Nothing has changed (that we know of!)
