I've found DRV Tech's SpoolFlex products along with Ariadne's CoolSpool
products.

We have used CoolSpool for many years both for spool file to email
and for direct database to Excel on IFS and/or attached to an email. There
were a few issues earlier but we are now quite happy with the latest
version of it.
