CoolSpools is an outstanding product able to meet your requirements and much
more.

We have used it for about 10 years, no errors.

We have just changed the email distribution from MSF to CoolSppols own SMTP
server.
Now we are able to tell recipients when they have problems with their email
server and why !

All our print and reporting is PDF or XLS and sent by email worldwide.
Coolspools does the job.

Emne: Reports / Data to Excel - DRV Tech vs. CoolSpools..

I've got a couple existing tools used for converting spool files to PDF,
namely Gumbo's Spool-A-Matic and Brad Stone's Spool Tool and Mail Tool.

We've also made use of SQL2JXL to generate some excel spreadsheets directly.

Thinking a complete third-party package may be beneficial.  Key
requirements:

- Convert spool file to Excel (removing page headers/footers ect)
- SQL Extracts to Excel
- OUTQ monitoring and electronic distribution

I've found DRV Tech's SpoolFlex products along with Ariadne's CoolSpool
products.

Looking for feedback for either of those products along with recommendations
for other products to look at.

Thanks!
