No, he wasn't saying anything about QMAXSIGN.

What he was saying that if you automate the handling of CPIB682 to
automatically re-enable the person for NetServer you are in effect
changing it to a NetServer version of qmaxsign. And just wondered if that
is an acceptable risk.

But to the other Paul,
There is an option there that after x number of "re-enables" to say to
heck with it. At least there is on the traditional QMAXSIGN with this
messaging software. IDK if he is using this though.
