The .BIN file(s) will need to be somewhere IBMi can access, and then use the ADDIMGCLGE command.

I copy mine to a NetServer share, use ADDIMGCLGE and then delete the .BIN file(s).

I use Fix Central to download the latest cume (because SNDPTFORD wouldn't
work) to my PC. Can I just copy/paste the .bin files from there to the image catalog folder on the IBM i? And then install from there?
