You can issue DSPSRVPGM QC2IO and press Enter until you see the screen that shows the "Procedure Exports" ... these are the names of the procedures and functions exported by this *SRVPGM. Then, you can look them up in the IBM i Knowledge Center under "APIs"... you might recognize many of them, including _ROpen, _RClose, _Rwrite, _Rreadd, _Rreadn, etc.

Most of them have been around since V2R3, the first release to support ILE and ILE C/400 ... (Actually, before that, from V1R3 on, the SAA EPM C/400 compiler also supported many of these, but they were of course implemented differently,because that was before the availability of *SRVPGMs and ILE.)
