How long? the snarky answer is "as long as it takes", the real answer is
no.
I think if you go into SST, work with disk units, and protection you should
see the percent complete. I don't remember off hand but it's in there
somewhere.

Yeah, the drives have a little size to them
Size
Unit Type (M)
23 59DD 1383784
24 59DD 1383784
25 59DD 1383784
26 59DD 1383784
27 59DD 1383784
Any idea how long this rebuild should last?
Is there some function in STRSST which will give me a percent complete?

It's rare but there are times the card swap will cause a RAID rebuild.
That's what looks like is happening. ASP2 is the one with the really
large
drives right?
Out of the 12 cards I had swapped, it's done it twice to me.

I've had my first card replacement due to that recent issue. It was done
as
a preventative on our hosting lpar.
We have two ASP's. One of higher speed spinning disks, one of slower
speed,
but huge, spinning disks.
The disk is looking like this:
WRKDSKSTS
--Protection--
Unit ASP Type Status
1 1 DPY ACTIVE
2 1 DPY ACTIVE
3 1 DPY ACTIVE
4 1 DPY ACTIVE
...
23 2 DPY REBUILD
24 2 DPY REBUILD
25 2 DPY REBUILD
26 2 DPY REBUILD
27 2 DPY REBUILD
Nothing of note in WRKPRB, SST-SAL, etc
08:31:45 - Unattended IPL in progress.
It's now 10:11
