Paul I do the IPL but nothing has been changed
   Client access and Iseries Navigator both not connecting with RC=21 error
   and before all this client access was working fine

     On your restart, check QSYSOPR and QHST for a job/process that may have
     started, then ended.
     If you're having multiple issues, I would do another IPL, ensure all
     jobs start normally.

     Hello guys
     Please have a look at my problem below and advise need immediate help
     System Restart from main panel due to backup job hanged in middle on
     message waiting after restart the client access service for windows not
     working and its gives following Error CWBLM0031 - FAILURE, A DATA
     CONVERSION ERROR WAS RETURNED BY HOST SERVER RC=1 2 RC2- =21 We have a
     valid client access license and its working before
