RE: IBM Client access not working -- MIDRANGE-L

thanks for your response brother the environment is we are using Iseries
As400 Version V5r3 , i spoke to one guy and he told me reinstallation of
Client Access in IBM will resolve the issue right now im getting error on
client access once im trying to open client access on pc it returns me
error
CWBLM0031 - FAILURE, A DATA CONVERSION ERROR WAS RETURNED BY HOST SERVER
RC=1 , 2 RC2- =21
i hope you can understand if possible kindly send me steps how i can
reinstall the client access on IBM server

Along that line of thinking since the error happened during a save, and
the system was forced with the control panel, might there be damaged
objects, specifically library objects?

Ali: you don't mention what level of OS or anything else about the
environment.
