Actually, looking at the table again, 5100 is the encoding value for 00367, which is what I was referring to. 500 is International Latin - 1. I did a CHGPF CCSID(00367), is that the right value? Not sure where the 500 comes from, the original file was 37.

Thank you! I should have thought of that. It's 37.
I tried copying it, changing the CCSID to 00367 on the new one, (It shows as 500 from a DSPFD, but I think it's supposed to right?), and doing the get again. Still comes down in EBCDIC.
