-AIX is an operating system running on Power hardware.
-IBMi is an operating system running on Power hardware.
-I would call an AIX binary running in PASE on IBMi - Native (to IBMi)
-I would call an AIX binary running in AIX - Native (to AIX)
If someone else has a different definition that's cool, but the above works for me.

To me PASE is native.
Okay, then what if anything would you consider to be not native?
It appears to me that you're advocating for a definition for "native" that
loses all relevance. If that's the case, then why include any references to
"native" as if it meant anything?
Do you consider AIX as being "native to IBM i"? If not, then why would it
make sense to refer to PASE as native.
