Okay, then what if anything would you consider to be not native?

It appears to me that you're advocating for a definition for "native" that
loses all relevance. If that's the case, then why include any references to
"native" as if it meant anything?

Do you consider AIX as being "native to IBM i"? If not, then why would it
make sense to refer to PASE as native.
