I've never had a problem with. We have a "General Corporate-Use Information" share (I wish I was joking). They created me a GenCorp share over the same folder, and I was off to the races.

My biggest issue with QNTC going to Windows servers was that someone would create a share on the Windows server which exceeded a set number of characters (I think anything over 11 is an issue). Even if I was not using that share but I was using another share simply the existence of that share was an issue.
