Using virtual optical,

- I can install the licensed code
- I then change the virt opt assignment
- It then installs the base system from the 1st system DVD and reboots
and lets me
- log in
- set time
- change password
- Then I'm dropped to the main menu
- GO LICPGM
- Manual Install
- Install all

Then no matter what I answer to the prompts, I end up back here:

1. Install all

Preparation
5. Prepare for install

Licensed Programs
10. Display installed licensed programs
11. Install licensed programs
12. Delete licensed programs
13. Save licensed programs

Selection or command
===> 1

F3=Exit F4=Prompt F9=Retrieve F12=Cancel F13=Inf
F16=System Main menu
Work with licensed programs function not complete.
