Hi Jack

is this the virtual optical in VIOS/Nim Server ? I think you need to mount
the volumes manually in there; maybe try mounting the next volume and
trying again.

Think about:
What Licensed programs have been installed ?
What is on each volume of your install media ?

Using virtual optical,

- I can install the licensed code
- I then change the virt opt assignment
- It then installs the base system from the 1st system DVD and reboots
and lets me
- log in
- set time
- change password
- Then I'm dropped to the main menu
- GO LICPGM
- Manual Install
- Install all

Then no matter what I answer to the prompts, I end up back here:

Manual Install
1. Install all

Preparation
5. Prepare for install

Licensed Programs
10. Display installed licensed programs
11. Install licensed programs
12. Delete licensed programs
13. Save licensed programs

Selection or command
===> 1

F3=Exit F4=Prompt F9=Retrieve F12=Cancel F13=Inf
F16=System Main menu
Work with licensed programs function not complete.

What next?
