Sometimes support which sounds like it's coming from the other side of the
pond is pretty good. Some really bust it trying to help me, and seem to
know their stuff. Would I prefer it if it wasn't a crap shoot as to
whether or not their accent is going to be too bad to understand? Yes.
But if I don't go in there with the mentality "they stole a job from
someone of my nationality" it seems to go a lot smoother.
