We need a new RPG compiler Call it RPG-M (RPG Modern). All the old crap

Will never happen but I can dream.

There are some things I don't want to be remembered for Paul.
Being responsible for introducing the cycle to a new generation is one
thethem.
I was one of those who wanted it removed from the RPG IV design. It
survived mostly because the logic for the cycle was already present in
listcode for the SAA compiler that we were using as the base.
