complaining that it should not be that hard (It should not by any means) is

I totally understand where you and others are coming from. I do. But you
have to admit it's flipping ridiculous.

I guess I still believe in the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Or maybe
that's from working on old VWs... hehe..
