My WAG is that 0205 is permission to put 7.3 on an older machine, if that
older machine supports 7.3 but perhaps you dropped maintenance on it. Or
if you were already at 7.3 but dropped maintenance you could put current
PTF's on it, including LIC, so that you could do a clean migration to the
newer machine. You could only keep this newer code for a short period of
time with the thought being just for the migration.
Again, just my WAG.

You always want to be at the latest TR before migrating to new hardware.
