You do bring up an interesting thought.

Let's say this poster from a thread earlier today used this software. I'm talking about the guy who just asked about migrating to cloud.

Yep, most definitely.

He gets the migration all approved only to find out that the service provider is running a top tier model and tier pricing will not only cancel the migration but will get him terminated.

Due to this supposed individual's increased level of intelligence, he investigated what software license transfer fees would be prior to signing up with the service provider. 😉

Which led me to "kick out" our EDI software provider due to their archaic pricing scheme, and led me to delay this upgrade for 10 months due to having to implement a new EDI provider that doesn't base their price off what level of machine you are running.

That pricing practice, IMHO, is just plain unethical.
