In these Modern Times of Open Source, it seems like a script, either bash
or python, would be the best way to gather this info in a usable form.

You could start at the top and exclude every directory starting with a
capital Q (except maybe QIBM which tends to have much dross therein)

Then you could format as you like, do sort on it by name, rearrange the
columns with awk to put size first, sort again ... etc.
