Thanks, Rob.  I've heard you mention a couple of these things before, 
thanks for enumerating them.  I will definitely use them to help 
streamline the process.

Right now I'm fighting through basic authorization.  We only have one 
contact here, and I want one specific to me for these sorts of software 
issues.  Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be easy to create a new IBM 
ID and then link it in.  Baby steps...
