I think you meant TOSTMF? I need a workstation customization object. I
noticed Isphere has a SPLFTXT one but it's not converting my ¬character.
Is there another one out there?

A CPYSPLF bug is certainly possible, but is there a reason you're not
just copying directly to a stream file in the first place? (See the
*TOSTMF special value for TOFILE.)
