I concur. I love RDi for development, but I don't ever use it for admin. For admin I use iNav, iACS, and Nav for i (in that order).

I'll jump in where angels fear to tread - I don't think RDi is a very good system admin tool. And Rob, did you say you use it?
I do think PDM CAN be useful in working with objects and all - not just for development, as the name suggests. That's why a subset has been packaged for creating CLs and working in various ways with objects. But there are probably better tools available.
The web-based Navigator is positioned by IBM for system admin - as well as HMC, so far as I know.
