Ok, so at ESS you try to order the UAK. When that fails you click on another option to do a help request. You fill out the form for the help request with text and images. You then get an email asking you what the issue was. So you wisely know that IBM forms are totally ignored by IBM so you saved the text and images you put into the form and paste them again into the email. Meanwhile a survey pops up asking you how IBM is doing to which you give them the second to the lowest rating and in the text on how they could improve themselves you reply "kill yourself".
