For LPAR to LPAR communications, we use STRPASTHR and SAVRSTLIB, SAVRSTOBJ, etc commands.
Previously used Anynet, now use EE, Enterprise Extender, using internal virtual Ethernet.
Several good IBM Tech Docs out there.

Subject: SNA Security
Hello,
I want to learn about securing systems networked via SNA (be it 802.2/5 DLC or EE). One example: Machine a can run SAVRST against machine b, and the started job on b (also) runs as QSYSOPR! In which of the countless IBM manuals should I take a look to learn about the important knobs and switches?
What's available online mostly deals with TCP/IP. As most often, my background is V4R5 and old machinery.
Thanks!
