Now, how do you hack CRTSAVF?

This fails
CPY OBJ('/QSYS.LIB/QB5RAC.SAVF') TOOBJ('/QSYS.LIB/ROBBS7.LIB/TRASH.SAVF')
Information passed to this operation was not valid.        

I tried using the FTP method
> bin
> namefmt 1
> put '/qsys.lib/qb5rac.savf' '/qsys.lib/robbs7.lib/trash.savf' 
  229 Entering Extended Passive Mode (|||47207|).               
  550 Unable to create the specified save file.                 
Then I ran 
GRTOBJAUT OBJ(CRTSAVF) OBJTYPE(*CMD) USER(DUMMY) AUT(*use    )
And tried it again
> put '/qsys.lib/qb5rac.savf' '/qsys.lib/robbs7.lib/trash.savf'               
  229 Entering Extended Passive Mode (|||47365|).                             
  150 Sending file to member TRASH in file TRASH in library ROBBS7.           
  226 File transfer completed successfully.                                   
  23241504 bytes transferred in 0.675 seconds. Transfer rate 34441.824 KB/sec.

So ftp respects the authority on CRTSAVF
