If it's a thin, thin redirector to native web applications running on each
of the two platforms, anything will do. I like PHP. It's easy.

If it's the "real" user-facing full web application that consumes
microservices or data connections to your two platforms, it depends on how
your team is comfortable writing that sort of thing.
